St. Martin is one of two regions on the island of Saint Martin. St. Martin, the French side, is an overseas collectivity of France and occupies the northern region of the island. To get to the French side of the island, fly into Grand-Case Regional Airport. There is also the option to fly into the international airport on the Dutch side and then rent a car or hire a driver to help you continue your journey. There is only one main road, the Route Nationale 7, which circles the island.
