visite de la réunion, juste incroyable tellement magnifique, en revanche, l’appartement à notre arrivée l’appartement n’était pas très propre et beaucoup de chose en mauvais état, canapé dans salon, meuble cuisine abîmé, ustensile cuisine abîmé terrasse sale

Séjour à la Goélette

Le séjour s'est bien passé. Logement bien situé , très simple, aurait besoin de rafraichissement . il n'est pas très loin du centre ville et de la plage. Ce n'est pas forcément la meilleure des plages. Actuellement, plage fermée pour travaux. Il serait bien de refaire un inventaire de vaisselles. Un peu juste. (pas de tire bouchons)

Nous avons bien apprécié la localisation du logement. L'appartement est également très bien équipé. Vous pouvez notamment revoir toutes les serrures, ainsi que l'ouverture et la fermeture de la baie vitrée. Les rideaux occultants dans le séjour seraient idéal.l

la localisation du logement, très proche de tous les bons restaurants de Saint Gilles. Les plages proches à pied aussi. Juste un coup de serpillère dans le séjour, le sol était balayé mais pas lavé. Sinon tout était très bien.

L’emplacement Indiqué l’étage et le numéro du logement dans votre livret Nettoyer la douche, vraiment sale alors qu’elle est neuve c’est dommage. Faire réviser la climatisation dans la chambre enfant

Mauvaise expérience.

Appartement infesté de fourmis de fond en comble dès notre arrivée. Tous les jours dans des pièces différentes et par dizaines. L’ouverture du four fut digne d’un film d’horreur : des dizaines de parasites grouillants sous l’effet de la chaleur. Après signalement auprès de l’agence de location Keylodge, il n’y aucune possibilité de relogement, ni de remboursement afin que nous trouvions un logement plus sain pour nos enfants en bas âge. Nous traitons donc chaque jour les parasites qui reviennent inlassablement dans des pièces différentes chaque jour. Appartement très mal isolé. Réveil tous les jours par les chiens hurlants dans la rue ou par le vrombissement permanent du système de ventilation du restaurant sous-jacent. Un matin à 6h, coups répétés et persistants, en allant sur le pallier : un agent d’entretien qui cogne sur les rambardes en balayant et qui me gratifie d’un « il est peut-être tôt pour vous, mais moi il faut bien que j’enlève tout le sable que vous mettez ici », charmant. Matériel à disposition vieillissant, plusieurs prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas (salle de bain, prise extérieure).
