Villa of 200 m2 in an exceptional environment with heated and secure swimming pool, fitness room with sauna, pétanque area.

The villa consists of:

- 5 bedrooms with bathrooms (shower and bath) and Wc

- a large living room fully glazed to enjoy the exceptional view

- a fully equipped American kitchen

- an independent toilet

- a large covered terrace


The swimming pool and its pool house:

- Sauna

- Fitness room (exercise bike, treadmill and rower)

- Heated swimming pool (from April to October depending on the weather) and secured by an electric shutter

- Outdoor kitchen (fridge, freezer and barbecue)

The villa is located in a quiet hamlet 2 km from the village of Barjac.

The rental of household linen is included in the price (bed linen and towels).

Superbe séjour en famille pour le réveillon du jour de l'an, tellement agréable que nous sommes restés 1 journée supplémentaire ce qui n'était pas prévu :)Réservation effectuée la veille suite à une annulation de dernière minute, grâce à la réactivité de Camille que nous remercions encore pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.La maison est très spacieuse ce qui est appréciable pour un groupe de 10 personnes, et l'extérieur donne envie de revenir sur une période un peu plus clémente niveau température pour en profiter encore plus.

L'emplacement est magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et ont toutes une salle de bain avec toilettes, la cuisine avec ilot est tres pratique et tres bien equipee. La lingerie est tres commode. Le cadre de la piscine est remarquable. Sauna ,salle de sport, terrain de petanque, table de ping pong, rien ne manque pour se distraire. De belles randonnées sont possibles à partir de cette maison. Des placards avec penderie seraient bienvenus dans les chambres.

Magnifique séjour entre amis dans un gîte exceptionnel

Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, accueil et présentation du gîte efficace et convivial. Le gîte est très confortable, au calme, bien équipé et conforme aux photos présentées. Le cadre et la vue sont exceptionnels. La piscine a été très appréciée par ces fortes chaleurs. Le terrain de pétanque ombragé et éclairé est top. Départs de randonnées pédestres et VTT à partir du gîte pour tous niveaux. A 30mn du gîte, nous avons descendu l'ardèche en canoë. La visite de la ville de Barjac et de son marché est incontournable. En résumé, nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances entre amis.

SEJOUR CAUCHEMARDESQUE ...

Alors ... par ou commencer ? il y a tellement de chose à dire sur ce séjour totalement gâché par la propriétaire , je vais me concentrer uniquement sur le plus important. A notre arrivée nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir la piscine dans un état juste déplorable , totalement inutilisable (dommage qu'abritel ne nous permettent pas de mettre des photos). Nous avons le reflex d'appeler la propriétaire pour lui demander des explications , voici sa réponse : " il fallait préciser que vous vouliez la piscine , c'est écrit dans l'annonce que la piscine est chauffée selon la météo ". je précise que la météo était totalement idéal et propice à la baignade. Nous lui expliquons donc gentiment que le fait que la piscine n'était pas chauffée n'était pas le plus gênant pour nous mais que c'était surtout le fait que nous ne puissions pas du tout nous baigner ... ceux à quoi elle a répondu qu'a ses yeux piscine chauffée selon la météo signifiait également non utilisable et nous à gentiment conseillée de repartir si cela ne nous plaisais pas ( après 9h de route... ) .. bref une hypocrisie hors du commun doublé d'un culot écœurant... j'ajoute que le volet roulant de sécurité de la piscine ne se refermait pas entièrement ... super dangereux pour les enfants ... Pour le reste je vais être plus bref car sinon le commentaire feras 500 lignes supplémentaires : - le ménage n'était clairement pas fais à notre arrivée ( poussière partout , saleté au sol dans toutes les pièces , toile d'araignée ) - Lave vaiselle HS , inondée à la première utilisation donc vaisselle à la main durant tout le séjour - borne Wifi absente de la maison alors qu'elle est présente dans l'annonce ... - plusieurs baies vitrées cassées et impossible à verrouillées notamment dans le salon et 2 chambres ... ( mais bon comme le dis les propriétaires " il n y a pas de voleurs " . sachez que chacun de ses points ont été signalés aux propriétaire en temps voulus , mais rien , aucune réaction de leurs parts. Ils n'ont pas du tout essayés d'arranger les choses . Sincèrement fuyez cette location tenu par des gens qui ne sont clairement pas fait pour être ôtes ... aucun sens de diplomatie ni même de respect envers les gens qui louent leurs maison...

Magnifique séjour entre amies dans cette belle maison à la vue splendide et dégagée. Idéalement située dans un lieu très calme. Große moderne Villa mit 5 schönen Schlafzimmern, jedes mit eigenem, modernen Badezimmer! Küche sehr gut ausgestattet! Schöner Pool, mit Loungeecke und Tresen (mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank) Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, Sauna, Fitnessraum... es wird viel geboten und wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen!
