"Quick stop . Delightful people on reception. Bar open and the local glass of wine was delicious. Room clean and modern. Pool warm and clean, lovely after long journey. "Super friendly staff - couldn’t have been any nicer. The rooms are clean and comfortable and exactly what you would expect from a chain hotel. The only thing that lets it down - and it lets it down BADLY to the extend we wouldn’t stay here again is that the food is appalling. "It was a good option for one night stop on our way from Nice to Nederland. AC working good at the beginning but during the night we woke up because was getting warm, we checked the Ac filters and they were dusty, so I removed them and the problem was fixed...my fout didn't mentioned it a check out but I left the filters outside so if the maintenance guy saw them he knows well what was going on. "Very pleasant stay just outside the perimeter of Beaune old town. Free street parking available around corner, about 100m away. Breakfast just ok; bacon was quite undercooked for our taste. "It’s a nice location with great vibes. But, hotel lost my clothes sent to the laundry and their attitude handling is horrible. Tried to push everything to their outsource cleaning company, even ask us to contact that company directly… Also, housekeeping also throw away an empty wine bottle, which is obviously a souvenir, we put one the reading table. At the same time, an empty plastic water bottle on the ground was kept when we come back… "
