Located in the Sémaphore area of Sainte-Maxime, close to the town center and the large beaches of La Nartelle, this 85 m² fully air-conditioned property features a private pool. The villa consists of a living room opening onto the garden, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms with new, comfortable bedding, a shower room, and a separate toilet. This property, situated on a 1270 m² plot with a small sea view, includes a private pool (8 x 3.7 m, depth 1.50 m), which can be heated (max 27°C) upon request and as an option (from May to September).
The villa also features a terrace with a barbecue and a landscaped area for playing pétanque. Parking for 2 cars. Internet access.
