"The room was not clean. There was dirt on the light switches and other high touch areas, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. There was dirt under the bed.The shower head needed replacing and the bedspreads and blankets had seen better days. Outside the side door, there were hundreds of cigarette butts on the ground."

"The staff were great especially since we didn’t speak very much French. The parking was a little confusing but that could’ve just been my understanding of the situation. One would think parking should be included in the price of the hotel but it was something I had to pay separately when I arrived. Otherwise it was great and the event we were attending was hosted right at the hotel."

"We loved the apartment! It was clean and cozy, with a modern kitchen, ample bedrooms, comfortable mattresses and pillows. The host was proactive and responsive when we asked for translations to English. The parking card didn’t work, even with help from the garage attendant, but it was only 10/night. The neighborhood has a few issues with litter and some unhoused folks, but was quiet overnight. Nearby Rosette Cafe made our coffees perfectly every morning. Will definitely consider returning! "
