This light and spacious ground floor apartment is only a short walk from the town centre of Salcombe. . All on the ground floor:
Living room: With Freeview TV, DVD player and patio doors leading to garden.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher.
Bedroom 1: With twin beds.
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed and single bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, shower cubicle and toilet.
Cloakroom: With washing machine and toilet.
Maximum occupancy 5 guests.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed garden with patio, BBQ and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. No smoking.. A spacious and light ground floor apartment which has been tastefully decorated, comfortably furnished and equipped to a good standard. The apartment has the benefit of a private south-facing patio, but also guests have the bonus of using the enclosed communal garden with the other three apartments. The property is within walking distance of the town centre, close to a convenience store and has off street parking for one large car.
