"Excellent location and hotel"

"Great location within easy walking distance of Eurostar trains and a hop across the road if you want to get other trains, eg Ghent. Staff were really helpful .. left our bags with reception as arrived early and when we came back they had been moved to our rooms! Very friendly staff. Highly recommended for a lovely, value for money hotel."

"The room photos may misguide you. We stayed 2 adults and 2 children. The bed for the kids were a sofa bed. One pillow was missing and room condition was fair. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel that provides cap park space. But hotel said parking spaces are full and guided me to the same underground parking space with paid option. Evenif, there were some minor issues like mentioned above, in terms of location and price it is can be preferable for short stays. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here - the hotel was quiet, calm and ideally situated for the city centre. A short easy walk from the station and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great quality with plenty of choice and good coffee. "
