The hotel was generally very nicely presented, although it did show some minor signs of wear and tear in places, but at the price point we certainly couldn’t complain. "Property is quaint and quiet. We’ve stayed twice and have been alone on the property both times. Rooms are small but well stocked with blankets, kitchen needs and games. Easy access to the fireplace and hot tub, and bathrooms were great for an outhouse. Hosts are friendly and send update messages throughout the stay. The road in was fairly icy, but wasn’t too bad once on the property. There is no wifi and the cell service is spotty, but not a bad location if you’re not planning on staying in your room all day. "

"Breakfast was great and included. Amid extensive renos when I was there so can’t give a fair review but staff was incredible and renovations didn’t affect our room stay at all. Would stay again. Bet it will be very nice. Great location if you find yourself in truro for a few days. "
