The property location was perfect, very close to many attractions. Unfortunately the shower door in the bathroom would not shut properly so every time you went to shower water went all over the bathroom floor. The hairdryer broke as soon as we went to use it, however when mentioned to the hotel staff they were very quick to source a replacement. The lamp in the room also did not work and there was no bedside tables or tea or coffee facilities. However the beds were very comfortable.

The basic rooms are super small. The lighting in the room was horrible. The bathroom was rather nice, with heated floors. The breakfast was wonderful, great selection, fresh food, and very nice servers.

"I chose the hotel because of the proximity to the terminal - the walk was described as 15 min. However, for passengers with more luggage it was disappointing not to find a cart next to the hotel so the walk was rather cumbersome, even as only part is outdoors. "Terrible! The hotel was looked when I came back to the hotel in the middle of the night so I was looked out for about 20 minutes before they let me in. Terrible! And my complain was ignored the day after when I checked out."
