  • Lovely and welcoming attic apartment with modern furnishings just 400 metres from the beach.



    The apartment is a real gem and is located inside a renovated historic building with a lift.



    Ideal for those who prefer a comfortable holiday, immersed in an environment that can offer opportunities for relaxation, nature and cultural walks, beaches and entertainment for adults and children.



    Carefully cared for in every detail, it can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of a living room with a sofa bed and satellite TV, a separate equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a double bedroom with a convenient walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, a mezzanine with two single beds and a second bathroom with a shower.



    Al Ponte offers its guests Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, autonomous heating in a clean and modern environment. reserved parking.

Die Ferienwohnung war super.

Die Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit waren super. Es war alles vorhanden,was man benötigt, es war alles gut erklärt. Top. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, dass es zur zweiten Schlafgelegenheit offen war, somit hatte man kein abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer.

Tolle Wohnung

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser wirklich sehr schönen Wohnung Urlaub mit unserem Hund gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und sehr großzügig. Alles ist in einem Top Zustand. Leider fehlte uns ein Balkon, weil der Garten nicht so einladend ist und man alles vom 2. STOCK runter bringen muss. Es gibt auch keine richtige Sitzgelegenheit. Leider ist die Straße sehr, sehr laut. Das Café nebenan war aber sehr gut mit freundlicher Bedienung und das Preis Leistungs ist ok. Den Garten etwas einladendender gestalten, mit ordentlichen Bestuhlung und einem Tisch.

Nachdem wir im letzten Jahr zum ersten Mal dort unseren Urlaub verbracht haben, sind wir in diesem Jahr wieder dorthin gefahren. Wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl und waren rundum zufrieden. Wir planen auch im Sommer 2019 wiederzukommen. Ein Bügeleisen zum Inventar wäre perfekt :-)

Der überraschende und sehr schöne Blick auf den See von der Wohnung aus. Bäckerei und Cafè gleich im Haus. Vieles fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch der nette Kontakt zur Vermietung war top. Küche mit Schneidebrett und ein paar mehr Weingläser ausstatten.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe des Gardasees

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie bietet sehr viel Platz. Bademöglichkeit ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen und eine Bäckerei befindet sich im selben Haus, was sehr praktisch ist. War waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Es wäre praktisch, wenn bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt werden könnte. Es gibt zwar mehrere Schlafmöglichkeiten, aber leider ist das offene Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelzimmer nicht durch eine Wand getrennt, so dass man von seinen Mitbewohnern alles sehen und hören kann.

Traumhaft schöne Ferienwohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung Al Ponte in Gardone am Gardasee liegt super. 100 Meter zu einen Spar-Markt, ein paar Gehminuten zu einen tollen Fisch-Geschäft! Durch den Rimbollo-Park kommt man direkt zur kleinen aber feinen Promenade von Gardone. Dort ist auch der Steg und Ticket Verkauf für die Überfahrten zu anderen Städte am Gardasee. Unten im Haus gibt es einen Bäcker und eine Bar. Obwohl die FeWo direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, bekommt man vom Verkehr nicht viel mit. Ein Garten mit Grill runden das ganze ab. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Nur zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und hat einen ganz besonderen individuellen Schnitt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unterhalb der Wohnung ist ein Bäcker, sowie eine super Bar. Fußläufig sind mehrere Restaurants zu erreichen. Lediglich folgende wären anzumerken: Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind unmittelbar miteinander verbunden, für Familien und engbefreundete Pärchen kein Problem, für manche evtl. schon. Leider gibt es keine Geschirrhandtücher: also selbst einpacken! Im Wohnzimmer ist bequem für 3 Personen Platz, für mehr wird es dann schon etwas enger... insgesamt eine wirklich super Wohnung, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Tor zum Hof geht nur sehr langsam auf

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage, wunderschöner großer Garten zur Mitbenutzung (ideal für Hunde!), innen sehr modern und toll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
