Appartamento Ulivo

  • The flat, with Wi-Fi internet connection included, is located on the second floor and welcomes guests with a spacious and bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV with international SAT channels, fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, citrus juicer and toaster. The living room overlooks the flat's private balcony.



    The flat is air-conditioned in all rooms and continues with the bedroom, which has a comfortable double bed, desk and wardrobe. The bathroom is complete with shower, washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine. Guests can park their car for free in the flat's private garage. At a small extra cost, a cot and a baby seat can be provided. Pets are not allowed. The flat, due to its good quality finishes and accessories, guarantees comfort to guests on holiday on Lake Garda; within walking distance you can easily reach the main squares of Salò, the lake, restaurants, bars, cafes and the harbour. From the flat it is easy to reach the golf course "Il Colombaro", the amusement parks Gardaland and Caneva World (45 minutes), the harbour for renting boats and for sightseeing tours of the lake by boat visiting the towns of Bardolino, Lazise, Garda, Limone, Desenzano and Sirmione. The historic city of Verona is 50 minutes away by car or 30 minutes by train from Desenzano train station. The cities of Venice and Milan are also easily accessible by road or rail. Lake Garda also offers boat rentals, cycling in the hills, rock climbing, golf, wine and local produce tasting and various excursions. The nearest airport is Verona, only 50 minutes away by car..
