"A very comfortable quiet and relaxed hotel ( originally an old convent) overlooking Salo and Lake Garda. The staff at the hotel are superb - the reception staff in particular are some of the best anywhere. The views from the garden and terrace across the lake to the mountains are beautiful. A good pool with lots of loungers and outside seating make this a great place to relax away from the crowds around the lake ,but only a 10 min drive away. "The hotel is a lovely location within short walk from downtown and to the beautiful walkway along the lake. The room and bathroom were modern and spotless. Breakfast was adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Alex who helped to resolve a booking issue in a kind and efficient manner. The garden and pool are superbly well maintained. A very satisfying experience."
