This hotel is not 4 star
Disgusting food. Cleanliness of the hotel was horrendous. Police outside the hotel most nights. Very noisy guests and when complained about nothing done.

Checked in quick and easily. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms and hotel were clean. Room (546) was immaculate so shout out to the cleaners. Rooms were dated and bed mattresses need renew as very uncomfortable. We booked as a family of 4 with 2 children aged 11 and 13, yet the balcony only had 2 chairs, we were only given 2 glasses and the bathroom only had 2 towels so not really ideal for a 4 person room. We booked breakfast and dinner which were mediocre and what you'd expect for a regular buffet style hotel food. Pools were very good. A simple children's pool and also a children's pool with 2 slides which looked good. Main pool and another pool. Wouldn't rush back to visit but stay was OK for 1 night

Great Hotel
Great hotel with friendly staff and wide range of food options. Pools were great for kids (if a little chilly in April!) and location was very good with short walk to the beach/town centre.

Right Hotel in right Area
Great Hotel to stay .Great area to make holiday.Great weather. Hotel looks modern with very comfortable room and beds in. Very clean and spacefull.Fully deserve to be 4 star hotel. In overall Great value for Great price.We truly recommend hotel and Salou itself to have very good time.

Recommend the hotel but not the food
Myself and my 12 year old daughter stayed for 4 nights from 26-30th April .. we had breakfast & dinner included.. we had dinner on the 1st night and didn’t have it again as the only thing we could eat was the burger.. the breakfast was grand though...the hotel was spotless..and rooms cleaned every day.... where I would recommend the hotel I wouldn’t recommend the food...

Decent choice for your money.
This Hotel is a good choice for your money. A difference in rates between no food and half board is very minor. The Hotel in a good condition. My rooms was quiet clean and efficently organised. Bathroom was clean in excellent condition and well stacked. Very nice balcony. Overall good impression especially for money paid.

Hotel was OK AC did not work well in the room tried to get it fixed but never got any better. Pool area was not as large as it looks in the photo. If you did not get a bed before 9 you want get one. Location was good for the town and the beaches.

Noisy hotel, nice rooms.
Noisiest hotel in the world. All day loud music and someone screeching on a microphone. Food fair only. Bar staff overworked. Reception staff extremely slow, waited overv 30 minutes to check in. Rooms were lovely though and very clean.

Good for families and theme park
Great hotel. Very nice, clean and quite central (1.2 mile from train station and same from theme park). Go full board as the food is great lots of choice and FREE WINE (which I couldn't take advantage of as I was with my 8 year old son). Be prepared for lots of little old Spanish and French ladies with no manners.

This hotel is fine for the price, it is big & comfy. Two huge problems however. Two very small lifts service 6 floors plus dining room. If more than 4 people enter it ceases to function. The second is the dining room. The food is terrible and the layout is crazy. It is big with the bread on one end and the sandwich meat at the other. Always a line for the coffee. Solution? Get a new chef and redesign the layout.

I would not recommend this hotel. The only thing going for it was the location, which was very good, right on the main strip. When we got to the hotel, there was no welcome, the only thing they were interested in was taking the money straight away and then proceeding to say our room wasn't ready. We weren't informed with any information ie where the breakfast was being served and times, hotel entertainment etc. Air conditioning wasn't working in the room. Not a very clean hotel at all, the pool was filthy

Nos sorprendió mucho la calidad del restaurante. Mucho mejor que otros hoteles de la zona y a un precio muy bueno. Las piscinas están muy bien y las actividades durante todo el día están muy acertadas tanto para mayores como pequeños. Cerca de la playa.

Solo hemos estado una noche pero teníamos otras expectativas del hotel. Éramos 3 personas y en la habitación solo había cosas para dos, en recepción tardaron bastante en atendernos y aunque la habitación si estaba limpia, fuimos a la pisicina y estaba todo muy descuidado, las tumbonas sucias, todo desordenado cosas tiradas por el suelo…

Prima hotel, maar geen 4 sterren waard. Net iets buiten de drukte, maar gezelligheid goed te belopen. Zwemwater helaas steenkoud. Animatie kan beter. De liften zijn een drama. Goed voor de beenspieren, maar niet fijn als je op de zesde slaapt. Personeel over het algemeen erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. All incl drank ruim assortiment , ijs of andere snacks viel wat tegen. Variatie bij de 3 hoofdmaaltijden kan beter.

El hotel está bien situado los servicios de animación están bien y en general el hotel está todo correcto lo único que no me gustó fue que no tuviera parking porque en esa zona es un problema.

Muy decepcionante pues pague por un todo incluido y cuando llegue no lo tenia y fue porque según ellos era menos de 4 noches. Ojo para que no les pase. No recomiendo este hotel, las camas muy incomodas.

Estancia agradable
El hotel tienen buena ubicación y está muy bien la relación calidad precio, el servicio de limpieza aunque tuvimos un pequeño percance al llegar pero esta muy bien, las habitaciones son amplias y las camas grandes y cómodas.

Relacion precio calidad muy buena
Excelente recepcion, rapida. La habitacion muy comoda, buen balcón. Habia solicitado una cama doble y colocaron dos simples, eso no estuvo bien. Colchones mejorables. Instalaciones del edificio impecables. El baño podria haber estado mas limpio, no se habia higienizado correctamente. Seguramente volvere al hotel, aunque considero que debe mejorar esos aspectos operativos.
