Nice place to stay

Great location and great amenities. The only complaint is that the apartment had an odor. Air fresheners would help.

Perfect Getaway

I booked this place for a 4 day weekend getaway and it was perfect. The check in instructions were super thorough and once in the place was great for us. Great location downtown close to all the things we needed. Great little spot and will definitely stay here again.

Great downtown location

The apartment was in a great location, just steps from local eateries and shopping. The apartment building was secure and very quiet, and Anthony provided timely and specific details about access and the check in and out processes.

Winter Bliss in Salt Lake City

During a short stay, in SLC, this spot was accessible to downtown and a cozy retreat after a day of film watching.Easy parking, clean, and comfortable and so easy to communicate with the owners!

Great downtown location!

Lovely apartment. Stayed here with 2 teenage girls. A bit tight for 4 of us but efficient. Off street parking was a bonus. Brought my dog and the park area was perfect for fetch and walking. Would stay here again!

Cozy and comfortable nice apartment

This apartment has all you need and more compared to a hotel room. Place and furniture well kept and great condition, the bed is very comfortable and has enough pillows. Very clean!

Great place and great host! As a 1st time VRBOer, I had many clarifying questions and each was answered promptly and courteously. The location was everything we could’ve hoped for —within walking distance of the Delta Center and TRAX stops. One small glitch was that we received conflicting info about using the STRATIS app for entry into the building. But that was resolved promptly. Our host even provided a few snack items on the counter! I would definitely recommend this place and host.

Cozy amd comfortable

Anthony the host was excellent. He made the process very easy, responded to my many questions in a timely manner. The place is very quiet, secure and comfortable. It is within walking distance to shopping and Delta Center. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be stayung here the ne t time we our in SLC

Perfect for a City Getaway

If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and convenient place for experiencing the best of Salt Lake City - look no further! Walking distance from Gateway, the Children’s Museum, the Planetarium and much more - this was the perfect home away from home. Our property manager was extremely easy to communicate with, kind and accessible for any questions. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Comfy apartment

Overall this was a great place to stay. Didn’t notice any issues with parking on the street or the ramp - we made sure to park on the top floor so it was easy to get to the apartment. The bed was comfy, pillows weren’t great, but fine for the couple of days we stayed. The construction outside appears to be getting towards completion and we didn’t have any issues with noise from that. Again, overall it was a positive experience staying here.

Comfortable and Clean

Anthony is a fantastic host, and it is obvious he put a lot of thought into making his guests comfortable. I cannot think of anything we needed, would have done differently, or had an issue with. We immediately felt at home as soon as we entered. The area has lots of convenient places to go, whether a small grocery; coffee shop, restaurants, or bars. Central downtown is an easy walk for even more options. We would stay here again in a second, and I commend Anthony on his attentiveness to detail.

Definitely recommend

Really great place. Centrally located to wherever we needed to drive to. Anthony was an amazing host. I let him know I needed a pack and play for my baby. And he had it waiting for us. This made me feel really comfortable traveling with my two kids. Everything was clean. We felt very safe. The only thing I would say is if you’re looking to walk to a lot of locations, there is not a lot around the area. Besides a Dave & Buster’s. But there is a train station that is free a block away. As long as you know how to use the train station. Lol. I would definitely stay here again. Felt very safe and the added touches of popcorn and granola bars were a big hit for my 11-year-old

Great apt, but ..

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable, spacious and has everything you need. My one fault is that I paid enough money that I should not be required to do the laundry. I'm packing and catching a plane. I do not have time nor the inclination to strip the bed and start the washing machine. A cleaner is paid for that and it really, really irritated me.

Fab location, cute apt, great city.

We had a great visit to Salt Lake City. This unit is in a prime location close to the arena for the Jazz game we went to. Overall the apartment is adorable! It does have carpeting (with stains) in the bedroom/closet so if you are allergic to pets (like me) you may want to bring allergy medicine. The pool area is amazing! The walk from the apartment to the pool area is pretty long, so if you have small children and want to be going back and forth, definitely have a stroller or something to haul everything you need in a single trip. Free parking is great! The garage is very tight. I can't believe they even made the opening that small for vehicles to go through, but just drive carefully and check your side mirrors as you go in/out. Overall we had a solid visit. Didn't sleep well on the bed for some reason. Maybe a memory foam topper would help and some extra blankets in the unit. Luckily we brought some from home so we used those too. Thank you for the great deal overall. My kids loved the bars/oatmeal left for us. Cheers!

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights when we were in town for a concert at the Vivint arena. The apartment was very comfortable, and the location was excellent. We were able to walk to the concert venue and all over downtown with easy access to restaurants, shopping and coffee shops. I especially appreciated being able to park in the indoor garage and use the well equipped gym and pool while we were there. The apartment also had some nice touches- the giant closet off the bathroom, the magnifying mirror in the bathroom, fluffy towels for showers plus beach towels for the pool and the filtered water in the fridge. We combined work and leisure on this trip, and the set up was perfect for us both to use our laptops when we worked. The host provided detailed directions for checking in and out, and he checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. As other reviewers have mentioned, they are doing construction right outside of the building, so the noise was ongoing during the week, but it wasn't loud enough to bother us. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property if you need a comfortable home base when visiting SLC.
