This darling home is a great place to stay whether you are here for business or pleasure. You can enjoy all that Utah has to offer while staying here. This home is centrally located in Salt Lake City. There are many delicious restaurants and fun bars located in Sugar House, Downtown all about 5-10 minutes away. With the freeway a 5 minute drive away you can access the world class ski resorts with 20 min. drive up the canyon. There is no longer a gate at the driveway.

Great little place. Bedrooms downstairs could use a mirror in each room so people could get ready without tying up the bathroom.

Great place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! House was clean and beds were very comfy. Looks tiny on the outside, but plenty of room inside.Close to grocery stores and other necessities. Neighborhood is quiet.The location was perfect for what we needed: moving my son from New Orleans to SLC. It was about a 5 minute drive to his new place. Think we found our SLC spot.

Centrally located and super convenient with our dog

We stayed several nights . The neighborhood is quiet and the fenced yard made it easy to let the dog in and out. The street in front was busy during rush hour making it a little difficult to get out sometimes. Be sure to drink water from the britta pitcher in the fridge as the be pipes are galvanized steel. .

Overall great location and good beds. Some of the sinks/showers have draining issues and could be fixed.

Wonderful Stay

Great location, clean, lots of supplies (clean towels, papertowels, soaps,etc.) dog friendly property with fenced yard and doggy door! Would love to stay again.

Roomy, clean and convenient

Our family of 4 stayed here for over a month while we waited to find a home in Salt Lake City. The house is updated and clean, the neighborhood is safe and friendly with parks and playgrounds nearby. The fenced backyard is perfect if you have kids, pets, or just want to sit outside & enjoy the outdoors or barbecue on the grill. Our host was always extremely responsive and we would stay there again.
