Pros: •Very clean room •Surprisingly comfortable beds and pillows •Friendly, courteous staff •Convenient location if you have a car •Good price Cons: •The hot tub was the same temperature as the pool •By 8:45 AM, breakfast was out of milk, orange juice, and apple juice, and the options were poor - we ended up buying breakfast elsewhere for our kids •No towels at the pool, which we only discovered after swimming •The room had an unpleasant smell - we had to use room spray •Thin walls; we were woken by a neighboring alarm, and a man yelling angrily in the hallway was unsettling •The air conditioner (room 331) was making very loud knocking noises off and on throughout the night like something was wrong with it. This also kept us awake. •The building feels old and run-down despite renovations •Ice machines were not working properly, and had puddles of water around them Overall: Next time, we’ll spend a little more to stay somewhere nicer.

spark by Hilton was located in an industrial area some homeless people. Restaurant choice was Dees. Lawn had a lot of weeds. spark breakfast had hard boiled eggs, Cereal, dry flavored oatmeal, bagels milk, apples oranges. Rooms clean good pillows good wifi. Front desk helpful payed$120 instead of 240 for Hampton inn downtown- in a better location.

Lots of amenities are out of order such as ice machine on the 3rd floor and the hot tub was out of order for months, and the AC was very noisy and wonky. Location is very close to the highway so it's pretty noisy. I'm not sure why some reviews commented the breakfast is good. Basically all food are served at room temperature and always ran out of milk in the dispenser. I do not recommend this place for travelers.

My room did not have a microwave, courtesy bottled water, and a pullout bed as mentioned in the description when I booked my room. I attempted numerous times to call reception and they never picked up. I finally went down to reception and no one was there. Most importantly they did not have breakfast either. All they had was bagels and coffee that did not taste the best. I do recommend this hotel and I would never stay here again.

Overall fair. Hot tub not working/out of order, construction or hotel upgrading going on? Huge trash bin outside my window with debris around it. Filters in the heater/A/C where filthy showing lack of cleaning. Shower hot water never got “hot” luke-warm showers. Fair for the price but would look for better if we came back.
