The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and more than I expected. The room had a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Lots of space in the room. Great location if you are at a conference.

I had a wonderful stay!The front desk staff were increadibly cordial, professiona, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Had a great breakfast, not a ton of food options but what they have is fresh and tastes really good. Room was clean and kept up well. This hotel is really good, only thing I will note is that it seems like younger people in downtown Salt Lake City like to rev their engines and perhaps drag race on the weekend but all downtown hotels will have same noise issue.

I rated this property as excellent. It is important to note however, that i chose this hotel for its location and i have very little needs for excessive amenities. In short, this place is super basic. That said, the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean, the parking was cheaper than other properties in town and i can walk anywhere in downtown i need to go.

The kitchen is equipped but there are no real shops nearby. Good for reheating take out. Love the daily breakfast. My only complaint is the fan in the bathroom stays on all the time and is noisy.
