"The hotel is good and well maintained. The food was good, and the staff were generally kind, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience during my stay. My European Type C travel plug adapter went missing from my room after the cleaning service. I reported the issue to reception, but initially, the only response I received was an apology. After raising the issue several times, I was eventually given another adapter, but it was not as useful or suitable as the one I had lost. For me, however, the main issue is not the value of the adapter, but the feeling of trust and security. Having a personal item disappear from my room after cleaning was very concerning, and I expected the hotel to take the matter more seriously and investigate what had happened. Overall, the hotel itself is good, but this experience unfortunately affected my impression of my stay."

"Large, modern, clean rooms. Great rooftop pool. Had dinner at the restaurant, the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was also very good with lots of options but most of the hot food was cold."

"Really happy with our stay. It’s a basic hotel but very well maintained and everything is clean. Room was plenty big enough and the bathroom was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions. I appreciated the water fountain in reception and drinks are available at a very reasonable price. Location was ideal with the metro just a minute away allowing city access and the bus 2 mins away to get to the beach. If you’re after a budget friendly stay that is close to transport and clean then I would recommend. If you want a fancy hotel then this isn’t it but then you’ll have to pay for that. We were happy here"
