"We were very unhappy with the cleaning. It was obvious that the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. There was a pair of dirty socks from the last visitor on the floor on the left side of the bed. Shower head needed tightening so it could be adjusted and leaked. The toilet rocked on the floor and had a lot of chalk that was obviously not fixing the problem. There was hair on the bathroom floor that didn't belong to us. It's an old hotel that needs some help. Bathrooms need to be redone and updated. Transportation to the airport was prompt. Staff was friendly and helpful. We need to store our luggage until our room was ready and they accommodated that."

"My room was on the first floor and it was insanely loud. I woke up 3 or 4 times through out the night due to action in the lobby when I had to be up at 5am. Also the breakfast was not great at all. But the coffee was good and ready by 5am"

"The rooms at this hotel are excellent-- sound proofing is good, and the beds are great. Also the Indian restaurant in the hotel is phenomenal-- one of the best I've eaten at outside of India. Staff is kind and helpful. The only reason I give it 4 stars rather than 5 is that it's somewhat far from the airport (~15 minutes), and has only one shuttle, which runs on demand in the evenings rather than on a continuous loop. This means a minimum 15 minute wait for pick up from the airport. In my case it was closer to half an hour. Meanwhile some other hotels clearly had multiple shuttles or are located much closer to the airport, as their shuttles arrived 2 or even 3 times while I waited"

"The cleanest hotel we experience, cleaner than 4 star hotel and yet price is reasonable . Free breakfast and 24 hour shuttle to the airport. What a great stay. We’ll book again"
