"The room was super clean with a large TV and gas fireplace stove. Balcony with view of ocean and a wonderful restaurant upstairs to eat dinner. We plan to be back when we are in this area."

"We stayed here during a gorgeous weekend in October for a best friend’s getaway. This property did not disappoint! The condo was clean, modern, and spacious. There was easy, private access to beach with a stunning view from the 2 decks in the condo. Jim had great communication with us and provided quick responses to any questions we had. We all agreed, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! "

"The stay was quiet and peaceful, just what we expected from our previous stays at 135 Saltaire Ave. For being in a community of houses, the location, with its marsh view, seems remarkably solitary, again something we learned to appreciate in our previous stays. We put a few suggestions about eating-ware and other amenities in the guest book. But it was a marvelous vacation!"

"The check in process was seamless. The property was just like the listing. We came into town for a wedding and an extended family vacation. The house having private beach access by George’s of Galilee was great (as was the Tiki Bar). Drive-able to other great spots like Newport, Wakefield, etc. If you want the beach, great food, and a comfortable stay, this is it. We already want to head back."

"Lovely older home with enough windows to bring in the light. Well thought out design.Only drawback was that some of the electeic receptacles had power either in the top plug in or thebottom, but not both. That did concern us as itmeans the old wiring has separated from from the plugs. This could cause a short and a fire.Everything else was wonderful. A/C, outdoor shower, deck and table and chairs. Could use a railing or something around the window well next to the house in the driveway.The house was close to everything we wanted to see. Lovely kitchen. Well thought out decor."

"Cottage was wonderful! In a great location near beaches, great restaurants and shops. We checked out a few beaches, Scarborough was our favorite. Ample space for my family inside and out. You can hear the boats from the marina next door while sipping your coffee on the back deck! "

"Upon arrival, you have a feeling this place is special. Beautiful plants and flower boxes highlight a well clipped front yard. Upon entering, a personal welcome note from the hosts, along with fresh cut flowers and a jar of honey from their own hives await. Brad, the host, greeted us personally and gave us a tour of the property and all it’s amenities. This property checks all the essential boxes for a vacation home: a quiet, private waterfront location, super clean and fresh, new appliances, a private dock for water-sports, beautiful views and sunsets, and it’s close to beaches and great restaurants, Brad makes you feel welcome and makes sure you have everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation.
