"Our extended family of 10 just spent 4 nights over Thanksgiving. The house was awesome, just what we needed, almost exact to the pictures posted, light and bright, plenty of room for everyone, big kitchen for holiday prep, lots of decks for viewing beautiful sunsets, good location for beach walks. the elevator was super handy for luggage, groceries and when you’ve had enough of the stairs to the 3rd floor. Darius is great, always available for questions and checked in to make sure we were set. I’d definitely rent this property again."

"The stay was quiet and peaceful, just what we expected from our previous stays at 135 Saltaire Ave. For being in a community of houses, the location, with its marsh view, seems remarkably solitary, again something we learned to appreciate in our previous stays. We put a few suggestions about eating-ware and other amenities in the guest book. But it was a marvelous vacation!"

"Owner Michelle was extremely attentive and super nice. The house was in a perfect location for going to different beaches, restaurants etc. The house included plenty of beach towels and bath towels, beds were made and ready for us, and the kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils. Great dining space for our extended family and the neighborhood was quiet. Great place - highly recommend!!"

"The cottage was cozy, clean, and perfect for our family of four. It was more than comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was gracious and very responsive, which made the experience even better. We loved being just steps from a beautiful ocean view and so close to the beaches. We hope to stay here again one day!"

"This property was amazing! It far exceeded our expectations. We instantly fell in love with thus place. Our first impressions of the cottage being the beautifully landscaped yard was only the beginning. Once inside, we were wowed at how bright and clean and updated it was. We felt right at home from the second we arrived till the moment we left. Everything we could need was right there, from pots and pans right down to the travel coffee mugs to take in the ocean break only a short 2 minute walk away. The fenced in yard and wraparound deck with lounge area was the perfect way to start and end the day. The host was also so very nice and attentive with any questions we had. They texted prior to arrival to let us know how to get in and where the keys would be. They were also gracious enough to allow one of our family members to stay unexpectedly for an evening which we were so very grateful for. This place has it all and then some! We will absolutely be returning to stay again next year!"
