Charming 3-bedroom cottage with AC and WiFi in quaint Narragansett
6/10 Okay
"The location was great, minutes away from Point Judith to get to Block Island. But the place is more outdated than the photo appears. There was a tiny bottle of soap in the shower and no hand soap besides in the kitchen. The bathroom tiles are barely filled with grout work and the shower head seems to barely be handing on. In addition, I did find an ant in my bed. We mainly used this as place to sleep and shower, so we could be convenient to the fairy to Block Island the next day. We did not use any other amenities. For the price, it felt like I was just paying for the convenience."
SUMMER 2025 - BOOKING NOW: Beautiful Home in Lovely Narragansett!
8/10 Good
"Cute older home on a beautiful, wooded lot. The management company was responsive to email and the owner even stopped by to address a concern we had. Our dog enjoyed sitting on the three-season porch and watching the bunnies in the yard. Easy walk to the Salt Pond public access on Knowlesway Ext. and quick drives to all the beaches.
The photos and description of the house are dated - there is no interior living room (it is now a formal dining room), the kitchen has a small hi-top table, and the porch has couches, armchairs, and a TV. The house has been well used by tenants and renters and there are some oddities (unfinished closets, water heater in the bedroom, sticking drawers), but worth a stay for the yard, porch, and location."
