"We stay here every time we come to Newport. It’s in a great location and walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Rooms are all a nautical theme, and very clean. The staff is very friendly, Carlos helped us out when we were just there! Thank you Carlos!"

"Definitely recommend the inside balcony rooms, especially during the colder months. It was so great having a place to chill and drink wine. Unless you valet, there is free parking, just couldn't figure out a good way to get into the hotel without walking around the building. Did not get a chance to check out the food, but the spa was top-notch. We had a great girls weekend!"

"Enjoyed my fall stay. Room was clean and nicely appointed. Old building so expected to hear my neighbors, but defiantly heard more then I though I would’ve. The room space was great. Staff very friendly to answer questions. There was a shared balcony area at end of each hallway to see ocean view. Location was great in middle of downtown. Elevator was very fast going up and down floors. Parking was easy and convenient."
