We spent most of our time outdoors - kayaking, swimming, enjoying the view from the Adirondack chairs, dining on the deck. Beautiful views. Great proximity to Jamestown and Newport. Home was equipped with fishing rods, soccer/football/beach/basketballs, frisbees - tons of activities for the kids and grandchildren. Last evening we brought back steamed lobsters from the Lobster Shack in Newport which were the best lobsters we ever had. Perfection."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with 3 generations of family. The house offered great space in the kitchen, dining and living room for everyone to spend time together in. The additional living room in the basement gave a little quiet and privacy in the evening when needed. The beds were all the same size and very comfortable so everyone was happy. The back yard looked very tranquil, though we didn’t have much time to enjoy it. We would love to stay here again if we’re back in the area."

"The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The host thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Plenty of dishes and cookware in the kitchen as well as towels and toiletries in the bathroom. The steam shower was wonderful and the outdoor shower was refreshing to use as well. The bedroom has ample storage in the closet and dressers. The grounds are lovely and peaceful and we enjoyed the wildlife that visited the property. Our stay was wonderful and we look forward to staying there again!"

"Jay is a gracious host. She had everything available that we may have forgotten. She met us at the door and she was flexible with what time we got there. She overheard kids talking about how they wanted to sleep in the living room and next thing we knew, she had an air mattress and extra bedding for them. There were pillows and blankets galore. She had k- cups and ground coffee available. She even provided laundry detergent. House was comfortable and everything was very clean. Most likely will go back next year."

I highly recommend booking this property for your stay!"
