"We loved the neighborhood and close proximity to Scarborough beach, just a 5-minute walk. House was comfortable and clean. There was a grocery store and restaurants within a 5-minute drive. "

"The stay was quiet and peaceful, just what we expected from our previous stays at 135 Saltaire Ave. For being in a community of houses, the location, with its marsh view, seems remarkably solitary, again something we learned to appreciate in our previous stays. We put a few suggestions about eating-ware and other amenities in the guest book. But it was a marvelous vacation!"

"Lovely older home with enough windows to bring in the light. Well thought out design.Only drawback was that some of the electeic receptacles had power either in the top plug in or thebottom, but not both. That did concern us as itmeans the old wiring has separated from from the plugs. This could cause a short and a fire.Everything else was wonderful. A/C, outdoor shower, deck and table and chairs. Could use a railing or something around the window well next to the house in the driveway.The house was close to everything we wanted to see. Lovely kitchen. Well thought out decor."

It is close to numerous beaches and restaurants, yet tucked away in a gorgeously landscaped yard which offers great privacy. We loved this property and look forward to a return stay! "
