"The room looks clean, but the smell was very bad, I had two bedrooms suite, one of the room smells like urine , at first I thought the smell would go away after turning on the air conditioning but it lingered. Since I stay for just one night I don’t make a big deal about it.the staff was nice and helpful. "

"Our room condition was fair. Our room (222) smelled very humid as we entered. Wooden floor was sticky. Tub spout connection was very loose with 2 large cracks on wall from it. Shower water pressure was low, not sure because of it. Water temperature went down fast when I was taking a shower too-I kept the highest temp but it was just warm enough. It was good enough for quick 1 night stay. "

"The air conditioning was working well did not have time to use hot tub property was amazing love the kitchen had everything we needed and a grill as well"

"the staff was rude and didnt completely explain anything about their property needless to say they refused to give me my deposit back like they said due to there being a little dirt on the floor and having to deal with knats and roaches as well its awful wld not recommend staying there"

"The towel rack had decent amount of rust on it. The head board had stains, the bathroom lights did not work in the shower area. The ac vents all of them had large amounts of dust. Pool was not green but not blue either it was dingy. No body wash only shampoo and conditioner. The outlet the hair dryer is connected to has no gfci protected circuit and the sink was directly underneath it. ( not only is that a city, and State code violation) it’s down right dangerous and negligent. Breakfast was subpar watery eggs over cooked sausage. I stayed 3 nights and all three nights I had to get new hotel key cards they wouldn’t work. The shower also had broken pieces. 0 star don’t stay. I also have photos."
