Overall Satisfied.

Beds were all comfy. There was no spoons and the canopener did not work. Our stay was overall worth it. And we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Group stay

The house and grounds were clean. However the kitchen was not stocked well with cookware for a large group. Could not find linen for blow up and a guest had to sleep on the couch. But overall was a good place for a group

Mixed Bag

Overall, the property might our needs. It was close to my parents and easily accessible. There are several pluses and minuses for the property. Plus: - Location great for us. - Beds were good, it had some good amenities such as washer/dryer/dishes/bedroom furniture/fire pit and television. - Manager responded in a good time when I texted. Minuses: - When we arrived, the property was not ready. Felt sorry for the manager cleaning. Looks like the prior renters were not good. She tried to finish up as fast as possible. - Some of the amenities were not in good shape. Specifically the dishwasher was broken (was told they had ordered a new one), the previous renters had broken/stained part of the living room couch (they found some sheets to put on top), the fire pit area was a little overgrown, some of the pots and pans were dirty (some were in awesome shape). Again kinda in the middle, met our needs but was disappointed in some of the stuff.

This was a really nice place to stay.We had 5 adults so the 2 bathrooms with seperate shower and sink rooms was perfect.The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.We would definitely book again.

Has everything you need!

Our family vacation was perfect! House had everything we needed. From comfy beds to outdoor fire pit, we had a blast! 30 minutes away from new Braunfels and downtown SA. It was perfect for us!

Wonderful Birthday Stay With Friends

Home is just as advertised, accomodating host, spacious clean home, stocked up kitchen, nice patio for grilling. The master bedroom shower was heavenly! Washer and dryer came in handy to throw in our bathing suits after floating the river. Great location lots of grocery stores near by.

Amazing stay

Words can’t explain the joy of how beautiful the house was and it was in a pretty good area a lot of restaurants and stores located near the home not more than a 3 mile drive to get to a store or a restaurant the house was clean and comfy when we got there and the decorations are on point kinda sad we weren’t able to stay a little longer but I recomend this place a lot is everything you need for a 4 room house it’s amazing loved it.

The sofa is filthy. We had a few roaches visit. One toach flew across the room omto the curtain. The ceiling fans are filthy with dirt. The microwave was in the laundry room.The place had been cleaned but it is undesirable for rental, especially until the sofa is changed out and pest control service is needed

If we could have, we would have...

If we could have stayed a few more days, we sure would have. But Molly's was already booked for the weekend and it's no wonder. She was a super host, and the home was well stocked with goodies. The home was immaculate because Molley runs a very tight ship, and she had her cleaning crew ready to go as my tenants were leaving her home to ready it for the next group of guests. Just a little background my tenants had to stay in a home close to their home that was having some foundation work done and Molly accepted the entire family of seven and they said they felt like they were truly on a vacation and just raved about the home. Thank you Molly
