The room was nice except for a strange sulphur like musty smell from the bathroom. It seemed clean but just an odd odor. The staff was wonderful as well as the breakfast.

Really enjoyed our state. went to sea world and was able to get a ride with the shuttle which was awesome. The only thing about this hotel is if you come in later at night, you might not find a parking spot in the hotel parking lot!! Had to park across the street one night!

Property is in amazing location for Sea World. Free breakfast and free shuttle to Sea World! Definitely will be staying here again

Maybe was because it was Xmas and New Years but the breakfast was gone one hour before the turn down of the device and wasn’t replenished.

I loved everything except breakfast on Wednesday morning. I went at 8.45am with my kids and there was no food left. 25 minutes later some turkey sausage came but was all gone fast. we got 1 piece each. They closed the breakfast at 9.30 and made no attempt to make it up. it was very disappointing. Next day we decided not to bother with Breakfast, we bought some milk and cereal so we were prepared. I went out to get coffee just after 9.30am and surprisingly they had a great selection of items available and it stayed open till after 10am.

Everything was great! From the greeting at the front desk to the room and beds we slept in. The room was clean and having the kitchen was very convenient. I took my mom to Seaworld and after a long day we drove maybe 2 mins to check in. I will definitely stay here every time I go to Seaworld or need to be in San Antonio near by this hotel.

We have stayed there twice when it has been hot outside and the pool is so cold,like a ice bath,that you can not enjoy the pool AT ALL!! Very disappointing. This ladt stay many of the other guest complained too. We ask the man at the front desk,he said he didnt know why it was so cold.
