Staff was courteous - room was for handicapped people. So when you showered water was all over the floor. Slippery and had to use towels so we wouldn’t fall . Ran out of towel paper , had to ask staff for more . Breakfast was good / decent.

Crockett Hotel
The property overall was very well kept and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was very clean as well. The location was perfect for visiting the Alamo, the river walk and for shopping, if that’s your thing.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch, San Antonio
Rooms and property were nice. Front desk Staff was very unhelpful and unprofessional. Housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and friendly (5 stars for them!)
