Description of Apartment Aida 206 in Playa del Inglés
We are pleased to present you this magnificent apartment, with a superb location at the foot of the Playa del Inglés promenade and 20 meters from the elevator that takes us directly to the beach. If you prefer, it also has access to the beach by stairs located just 50 meters from the property.
Located in an exclusive and very quiet complex with a communal pool and beautiful gardens with direct access to the promenade, this apartment has two bedrooms, a complete bathroom with hydromassage shower and a spacious kitchen-living room. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom, as can be seen in the photos, has two crossed beds as a bunk-bed not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The location is unbeatable, since it is a few minutes walk from the Ecumenical Temple Church, the Plaza and Kashbah shopping centers, supermarkets and restaurants and the Dunamar hotel, whose visit we also highly recommend.
Undoubtedly, at VillaGranCanaria we consider that this "dream property" is a product designed for our most demanding clients.
The shared pool is only heated from November to May.

The services included in the price are: Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00. Late check-in from 20:30 PM carries a surcharge. Please ask for more information as the price may depend on the arrival time.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden. Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass. A deposit of 400€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings. Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Wunderbares, kleines, schickes Appartement direkt an der Promenade. Für 4 erwachsene Personen vielleicht etwas zu klein, was aber nicht negativ klingen soll.
Der Pool war wunderbar und auch beheizt. Lediglich die fehlende Mülltrennung hat uns etwas gestört.
