For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: air conditioning. Parking on the premises. Bus stop "San Agustín" 450 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
