In the house: sun terrace, air conditioning. Public parking on the road. Shop 1.9 km, grocery, supermarket 550 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Clinica Roca" 900 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
2-room apartment 60 m2, on the upper floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living room with dining nook, satellite TV, cable TV, digital TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine).
