This apartment is fully equipped with all the modern amenities you could desire. The highlight is the wonderful full-width terrace, which faces southwest, allowing for seamless inside-outside living. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the sunlight from morning till evening, whether you're dining al fresco or simply relaxing.
Inside, the apartment is thoughtfully designed. The large, light-filled living area features wide patio doors that open onto the terrace. It’s equipped with air conditioning (both cold and hot), a ceiling fan, and a cozy sitting area with a comfortable fold-out sofa bed and armchairs. The living space also includes blackout curtains, a dimmable lighting system with warm or white light options, and a wall-mounted Samsung Frame Smart TV with Sonos Beam sound system for streaming your favorite shows and music. The location is ideal, perfectly positioned between dunes, beach, and the Cita Centre, offering both tranquillity and easy access to everything the area has to offer.
