You'll also find everything you need for a convenient stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a microwave, kitchen utensils, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board.

Step outside onto the private terrace with direct access to the shared swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Guests can also enjoy the well-maintained communal areas, landscaped gardens, sun loungers, children's pool, and private parking included with the stay. Please note that it is not heated and may be cooler during winter months or other cooler periods.

With supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, shopping centres, and local attractions all nearby, the apartment offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and location — ideal for guests looking to explore Playa del Inglés without needing a car.

Located in one of Gran Canaria's most sought-after areas, this property offers an excellent base for exploring the best of Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas. Just a short distance from the iconic Maspalomas Dunes and Lighthouse, guests can easily reach the golden sands of Playa de Maspalomas for a day by the sea.

The vibrant Yumbo Centrum is nearby, offering a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, and nightlife. The surrounding area is lively and well-connected, with supermarkets, local eateries, and entertainment options all within easy reach, making it ideal for guests who want both convenience and variety during their stay.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus stops (serving lines such as 4, 73, 1, 24 and 40) are around a 4‑minute walk from the property, providing connections across Maspalomas and nearby areas.

Gran Canaria Airport (LPA) is the closest airport, approximately a 28 km drive (about 30–40 minutes by car) from the property.

You can enter the accommodation at any time after 15:00. Early check-in can only be arranged on request. If you need it, please send us an email.
