Its location is unbeatable, halfway between Playa de las Meloneras and Playa del Inglés. Sleeping up to 3 people, it has a cosy bedroom on the upper floor opening onto a charming private terrace. It is the ideal place for a unique holiday in Gran Canaria.

    This beautiful duplex is the ideal place to enjoy a few days of relaxation as a couple or with the family.

    On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan, a dining area, direct access to the spacious terrace where you can enjoy the lovely local weather and sunbathe, a toilet, and a spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need.

    The upper floor, accessed via stairs, features a spacious bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, private balcony and air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower.

    Strategically located in one of the island’s most attractive towns, where you can enjoy its beaches and stroll amongst its dunes.

    The house is equipped with 300 Mbps fibre-optic Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a juicer, a blender, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, a hairdryer, an iron, air conditioning, a fan, sun loungers, towels, bed linen and much more.
