The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

The hotel boutique was very cute! The Moroccan decor was absolutely beautiful. The room was so nicely decorated and very cozy. The bath towels and bathrobes were nice and crisp. The shower floor and towel warmers were a super nice touch. We had a wine and cheese as a welcome present. The staff was very helpful and helped us get situated. We will be coming back for sure!

Another trip to beautiful Sevilla and our first stay in Hotel Amadeus. Lovely architecture & stylish. Staff on check in were friendly & efficient and notified us as VIP Hotel.com guests that we had a drinks voucher. However later that night we receuc3d a notice from Hotel.com which inquired if we received our VIP drinks voucher and room upgrade from standard double to an upgrade room. We had not. I messaged the hotel as extremly late in the evening to query no upgrade offered and as yet we have received no response. We only stayed one night so that would have been a lovely touch but unfortunately it wasnt to be. Maybe next visit hopefully.
