"One of the best stays we had on our Italy honeymoon trip! Wish we stayed longer. The staff and the owner were very friendly and made us feel like family. The breakfast was delicious and had a great outdoor patio to start the day. The room was very sanitary, and the hotel is located very close to shops and right above great restaurants. Overall a great pick if you plan to explore Tuscany!"

"By far best hotel I've stsyed in Ameneties were out of this world with the run of a 4000 sq ft apartment with 2 bedrooms, a ding room, full kitchen and a family room all tp our selves. Just minutes from shops and a fantastic view of the valley. The hostesses were awesome, informative and cooked us a special breakfast. What a great way to see Multapulciano, I must return soon with more family members soon!"

"Nice little hotel, right in the middle of town. Quiet street. Note about parking: it's nice and close, only 4 mins walk to the hotel and 3 mins to the car on the way back. But it's steep and cobblestones, so not the best if you are infirm and/or have big bags. (We tried driving in/out because we had 4 big wedding bags and some small items. Bad choice! GMaps made that impossible!!). Friendly staff and a very good breakfast. But the two owners seem to leave after that, so no reception in the afternoon or evening. Comms were 50/50 as a result."

"The host was very accommodating and communicated the minute we booked. The apartment is lovely & truly is in the center of Montepulciano. This is one of our favorite towns to stay in while in Tuscany. The apartment can be reached from various parking lots (since you cannot drive in the town unless you are a resident). It takes a minute to get your luggage up the street, but it's a short walk and well worth it! There are many restaurants (great Bistecca alla Fiorentina in town & pici w/any sauce & great wine) & shops right outside the door. It is a 4-story apartment. The first floor has a large sitting area, living room w/TV & large dining room table with a 1/2 bathroom. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms & two full baths. One of the bedrooms has a large bed and a twin...it's a large room! The top floor has queen size bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in the other room with a sitting area and a little half bathroom. The kitchen has everything and the host leaves coffee and sugar & she has amenities for bathing. The refrigerator is a good size & has a washer/dryer. The house is very clean and the rooms have AC. Even in 90-degree Fahrenheit weather the living area is cool. There is a sauna in the basement, but we didn't use it since it's so hot in the summer. Three adults and 2 kids stayed here. It was quiet inside & everyone was able to spread out & relax. The beds were comfy & there is Wi-Fi. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay in the location again. Thank you!!"

"Bed & Breakfast Antico dell'Oste is located in the historic center of Montepulciano, a beautiful and ancient Tuscan hill town. There areany restaurants, wineries, and boutiques nearby. I had a wonderful tour of the historic De'Ricci winery and tasted some marvelous Vini Nobili de Montepulciano. The owner of Antico dell'Oste, Giuseppe, was very kind. Between my broken Italian and his partial English, I managed to figure out thatvI should have driven directly to Parking Garage 6 (P6), not through the Limited Traffic Zone, P6 is only a five-minute walk from the B&B. Prepare to carry your bags up two or three flights of stairs, since there is no lift. Also, note there is no air conditioning, which made it very difficult to sleep in the current severe heat wave, even with fans blowing constantly. My room was modern, spacious, and stylishly renovated. However, the name "Bed &:Breakfast" is inaccurate; there was no breakfast. You need to eat out. Giuseppe should change the name to Locanda instead."
