"Had various stays there before, but this was the BEST room. Location was terrific for us, pool & bar right outside the door, but away from the main Tiki Bar (where all the noise is). Will definitely ask for that room again on our next visit."

"I don't know why, but I was told I was upgraded to a one bedroom (2 queen beds) and that's all fine. I really did wanted the luxury of the king I chose, BUT it ended up being perfect!! The refrigerator had an ice maker in the freezer! So nice not to have to go down the hall with an ice bucket. Haha Booking through Expedia was easy and check-in was seamless! The front desk staff are AWESOME. When I talked to them about a funny issue with the clock on the television and they addressed it immediately. (the clock was set an hour behind and wouldn't let me watch anything at the current time. I didn't know 'that was a thing'! LOL I was only there 2 nights and had to attend an off-site event, so I wasn't worried about it being fixed immediately.) Breakfast is plenty!! Nice variety and staff. I don't eat out much, but I would've preferred bacon over sausage patties and almond milk over oat milk. The only weird thing was the employee using a LOUD leaf blower at the pool around 8:30 am. It rained overnight and the forecast called for rain all day. Even if the chairs were a little wet, no one was going to be able to use that area anyway. Probably not early for some (and sometimes me), but that particular morning, I would have liked to sleep a little longer due to the long travel day before,"

"I don’t remember any hotel/resort stay as pleasant as this one at Best Western Plus Beach Resort in Ft. Myers Beach, Florida. It is located near enough to walk to the busy Times Square area, yet far enough away to provide a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, with a large balcony overlooking the many palm trees, the pool, and the Gulf just steps away. Every member of the staff is friendly and goes out of his or her way to accommodate guests. Oh, and did I mention the complementary hot breakfast every day? The menu changes daily and offers a vast variety of breakfast fare. This is a 5-star place and I recommend it highly."

"This place is a perfect location to beach accesses. In a quite neighborhood. It has what you need for a week or 2 stay. Just right for a couples get away..We have stayed at another location who owns this one and we liked it as well. It has several things in the room for you use, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, toilet paper, towels, in the kitchen they have several things to cook with toaster,microwave, coffee maker(pods) induction hot plate,paper towels, towels, dishwashing liquid. There was some cleaner under the sink in case you needed it. There was also a stick vacuum in case you needed to use that as well..If I have to say anything negative about this place inside would be the shower floor is a little slippery ( could be a liability if someone falls)..Outside it would be nice if there was light along the path to the back access..I would love to stay here again.."
