Beautiful Tuscany Hillside Villa

This slightly off the beaten path villa was in an amazing location. a short 30 min drive to Florence to stay in a villa on the hill with a gorgeous view. Patrizia was very kind and helpful, She even made our dinner reservations for us our first night there and her recommended restaurant was a favorite. The 3 bedroom 3 bath was perfect traveling with my wife and 3 teenage daughters. Made our first visit to Italy, wonderful!

Clean and cute, but no swimming for us.

Smaller than I hoped and mandatory use of swim caps (to use the pool) deterred us from swimming. There are also residents onsite, so it felt like we were invading their space. The neighbor was quite cold when I met her. So, we used this property as solely a place to sleep and we used a different villa nearby to relax and eat meals with extended family. Otherwise, Patrizia was a great host.

Bien, mais il manque l'adresse précise de la location sur le site d'Abritel. Nous l'avons cherché longuement en pleine nuit ce fut très gênant. Le nom de l'Agriturismo est Torianno, ce qui ne figure pas sur Abritel. Sinon le logement est très propre, très bien situé et très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la tonnelle ainsi que la belle piscine.

net en schoon verblijf

Ons appartement was ruim en schoon. Het uitzicht was mooi. Er is een goed onderhouden zwembad voor gemeenschappelijk gebruik. Helaas (en daar kan de eigenaar natuurlijk niets aan doen) wemelde het van de muggen. Zodra we ook maar even buiten op het terras zaten, werden we al direct gestoken. Wegens het ontbreken van horren was het niet mogelijk om met ramen open te slapen of om overdag de ramen open te doen. Verder hebben we genoten van ons verblijf. Het enige dat we wel gemist hebben (tip voor de eigenaar) is een bank of makkelijke stoelen om op te zitten. Elke avond op keukenstoelen zitten was niet prettig.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Zentrum der Toskana

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist schön, aber etwas dunkel. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Blick über das Land vom Gartensitzplatz ist unbezahlbar. Einen kleinen Laden mit allen Dingen, die man täglich benötigt findet man in 900 Metern Entfernung. In unserer Woche fiel das Wasser 2x aus.

L’endroit est idéalement situé, d’une propreté exemplaire, très calme, les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Patricia est extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Elle parle couramment le Français.Bref, tout est mis en place pour un séjour d’exception. Cette location est à recommander.

Tremendous experience overall. We were in the region for almost two weeks for work and it served as perfect "base camp" for us as we took multiple excursions (Spain, Northern Italy). The property itself - and the region - create an enchanting feel. Perfect blend of history (14th century property) with modern basic amenities. The owner/hostess really makes the experience. She's wonderful! A great value - highly recommended.

De retour de San Casciano avec de très bons souvenirs chez Patrizia! le gîte était parfait, très bien aménagé! nous avons été super bien accueillis par Patrizia et sa famille très sympathique! On se sent comme chez soi, au calme, vue imprenable sur le Chianti, grande piscine très agréable avec chaises longues, idéal pour se reposer! Nous avons eu droit à un panier de tomates du jardin! un régal! Nous avons fait une superbe dégustation des vins de la famille qui ont un domaine (La Sala), bien menée par Stephano qui a fait l'effort de parler Français. Visite des vignes et des plantations d'olivier, très intéressant!.. Vins excellents! (ils peuvent même l'expédier) et je n'ai jamais gouté à une huile d'olive aussi fine et parfumée! Dégustation accompagnée de jambon cru et fromage, le top ! Je conseille sans problème les gîtes, le vin et l'huile d'olive! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir! Séjour très agréable

Location de la maison avec 3 chambres. Grande, spacieuse, chambres confortables, bonne literie. Propreté des locaux, environnement champêtre et calme. Les produits du domaine sont à découvrir, entre autre pour les amateurs une excellente grappa. Au village de Montefiridolfi à 5mn vous trouverez une bonne épicerie et un resto qu'il faut absolument réserver : A Casa Mia pour sa cuisine toscane, la vraie. Merci à Patrizia pour son accueil attentionné, sympathique et ses utiles informations.

ein toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub im Il Torriano. Das Haus war sauber und perfekt für uns und unsere 4 Kinder. Das Grundstück ist groß und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist perfekt für faule Tage. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral, so dass wir viele Ausflüge in die tollen Städte der Toskana machen konnten. Liebe Patrizia, vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit... bestimmt kommen wir mal wieder und liebe Grüße an Fiamma! We had a wonderful holiday at Il Torriano. The house was clean and perfect for us and our 4 children. The property is large and very well maintained. The pool is perfect for lazy days. The location of the apartment is very central, so we could make many excursions to the great cities of Tuscany. Dear Patrizia, thank you for the great time ... definitely come back again and greetings to Fiamma!

très bien

nous avons passé une excellente semaine, le cadre est superbe, la maison spacieuse, très propre, la propriétaire très agréable, ma petite fille a eu 8 ans durant notre séjour et Patrizia est arrivée avec un gâteau glacé pour son anniversaire, belle attention. Cependant, 2 petits bémols, il n'est pas précisé dans le contrat qu'il faut prévoir des bonnets de bain pour la piscine, dommage !! elle en propose à 5 € pièce.... il n'y a absolument aucun aliment de base dans la cuisine ; sel, vinaigre, poivre, etc... nous avons laissé plein de chose, mais je pense que les locataires suivants n'en auront pas profité...

Deux semaines inoubliables à Il Toriano

Blottie au milieu des oliviers et des vignes,cette propriété est idéalement située pour visiter la Toscane. L'appartement est confortable et pratique . L'accueil est excellent. Patrizia, la propriétaire, grâce à sa connaissance de la région, à sa disponibilté, et à sa gentillesse nous a été très utile pour cibler nos visites.Ces deux semaines à Il Torriano n'ont été que du bonheur.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet reichlich Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Zu jedem der 3 Schlafzimmer gehört ein separates Bad. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit frischen Rosen auf dem Küchentisch dekoriert. WLAN funktionierte allermeistens tadellos, der Pool ist gut und sauber. Leider fehlt eine Grillstelle. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Ausflüge ideal, Hauptverkehrswege sind gut erreichbar, nachdem die ersten Kilometer auf schmaler Straße zurückgelegt sind. Die Vermieterin, Frau Cateni, ist sehr freundllich, hilfsbereit und spricht gut Deutsch. Sie wohnt direkt nebenan, was sehr von Vorteil ist.

Cadre enchanteur au coeur du Chianti

Nous sommes revenus pour la 2ème fois cet été dans les gîtes du Torriano. Le site est paradisiaque pour tous les citadins souhaitant décompresser et se ressourcer au milieu du calme de la campagne, sans être trop éloignés des belles villes toscanes. La propriété est tout simplement magnifique et très bien entretenue malgré la surface importante du terrain. Les appartements sont très spacieux et chaque chambre bénéficie de sa propre salle de bain. La piscine est super agréable, propre et entretenue. Elle est indispensable pour se relaxer et se rafraîchir entre deux visites de la région car le climat est chaud en période estivale. La villa est située en pleine campagne, au beau milieu des champs de vignes et d'oliviers, mais est tout de même très proche des commerces et commodités (la petite ville très sympathique de San Casciano est à seulement 10 mn en voiture, il y a également une petite épicerie dans le village de Montefiridolfi, à 10 mn à pied environ). Ce bon compromis entre ville et campagne nous a séduit. Egalement, la propriété est idéalement située pour visiter les principaux sites historiques et culturels de la Toscane. Florence est à 20 mn en voiture, San Gimignano à 35 mn et Sienne à 50 mn. Et bien d'autres endroits encore à voir ! A conseiller également l'Abbaye de San Galgano, perchée sur une colline, loin des foules de touristes, un lieu magique à voir ! La propriétaire, Patrizia Cateni, est à la fois discrète et disponible. Elle parle très bien le français et pourra vous conseiller. Le couple résidant et travaillant sur la propriété (Basile et Valentina) sont également très disponibles et serviables. L'adresse est à retenir et je la conseille à quiconque souhaite visiter cette belle région. Nous y reviendrons nous-même très certainement une 3ème fois ! Sans compter que les Toscans sont très accueillants et sympathiques !

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Anwesen. Perfekter Urlaub.

Wir waren im August 2016 für 10 Tage mit 5 Personen in der großen Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern. Für uns wars perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr schön und trotzdem auf einer "geteerten Strasse" anzufahren. Sehr viele sehr gute Restaurants sind im Umkreis von 5-10 KM leicht zu erreichen. Signora Cateni ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der riesige Garten des Anwesens ist sehr gepflegt und am schönen großen Pool waren ausreichend Liegen und Schattenplätze unter den Feigen- und Quittenbäumen im Garten vorhanden. Die Nähe zu Florenz war auch perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!! Vielen Dank.

Nous étions 3 couples et nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Merci à Patrizia pour son excellent accueil. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme au descriptif, la propriété est magnifique, bien située entre Florence (possibilité d'y aller en car, au départ de San Casciano village), Sienne, Pise, .... Superbe Toscane

Torriano 3 se trouve dans une superbe propriété avec une vue magnifique (comme dans les livres) . C'est un lieu où il fait bon se reposer ( en particulier auprès de la piscine) et qui se trouve près des sites touristiques à visiter Florence , Sienne , Pise, San Gimignano .....que du bonheur. Possibilité de déguster huile et vin du domaine ....des bouteilles sont proposées à notre arrivée (payant) Un grand merci à Patrizia pour son accueil , sa disponibilité et ses bons conseils.

Cadre idyllique et accueil chaleureux

Nous avons passé une semaine à 6 avec des amis dans le gite Torriano 3. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et comprennent chacune une salle de bain individuelle. La terrasse ouvre sur un jardin très bien entretenu au milieu des vignes et des oliviers, offrant des couchers de soleil dignes des cartes postales. A notre disposition, une piscine pour se rafraîchir après des journées de visite. Le gîte est très bien situé, entre Florence et Sienne, à 4 km d'une voie rapide entre ces deux villes, idéal pour rayonner en Toscane. Dans un très bon français, Patrizia, la très attentionnée propriétaire, ne manquera pas de vous conseiller pour les visites, les plats typiques à déguster … et de vous faire partager ses connaissances de l'histoire, des arts et des coutumes locales. Belle propriété paisible avec environnement extérieur magnifique. Très bien située au cœur du Chianti, idéal pour visiter la Toscane à 20 minutes de Florence. La description est conforme, équipement et mobilier basiques, nous avions de grandes chambres avec salle de bain individuelle, très pratique. Beaux produits maisons : huile d'olive et vin. Propriétaire (Patrizia) très sympathique et disponible.
