"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Una experiencia excepcional y un servicio verdaderamente humano Nuestra estadía en el Hotel El Bastión fue excelente de principio a fin, pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la calidad humana de todo su equipo. Durante nuestra visita me enfermé y viajaba con mi bebé. Desde el primer momento, el personal estuvo increíblemente atento y pendiente de nosotros. Tuvieron el hermoso detalle de prepararme una sopa caliente y un té de jengibre, e incluso se preocuparon por el bienestar de mi bebé. En todo momento nos hicieron sentir acompañados, cuidados y como en casa. La atención fue sumamente personalizada, cálida y genuina, algo que hoy en día es difícil de encontrar. Más allá de las instalaciones y la ubicación, que también son excelentes, lo que destaca de este hotel es su gente y su vocación de servicio. "Here’s a polished review you can post: “I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was available in one place, which made our stay very convenient. We didn’t have to go anywhere else because all our needs were taken care of right here. The customer service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to recognize Mauricio for his outstanding service. He was professional, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future."
