Everything was great with 2 minor hiccups, they convinced us to do the 90 minute timeshare sales pitch which turned into 4 hrs. And the evening buffet was closed which limited dinner.

Extremely Disappointing Family Experience This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We arrived expecting a relaxing family vacation, but instead encountered frustration, poor cleanliness, limited food options, and disappointing customer service from the very beginning. Check-in took far too long, we were not given basic hotel information, and we were directed to a timeshare promoter who asked us to pay $20 for a 90-minute presentation. By that point, my kids were already exhausted and frustrated. The main buffet was closed due to construction, and the alternative dining area had very limited food options. The bread had gnats around it, and my children refused to eat. Both pools were dirty, and we witnessed vomit in the pool that a worker appeared to move around rather than properly clean. My kids ended up eating snacks from the pool bar because the restaurant options were so disappointing. Our room was not much better. The pillows smelled like spoiled milk, and electrical outlets were coming loose from the walls. We also tried to attend the evening show but were denied entry because we were told there was no room, despite seeing numerous empty seats. A family resort should provide clean facilities, safe accommodations, proper dining options, and a welcoming experience. Unfortunately, that was not what we received.
