Had a nice stay! Jorge was very accomodating and staff were very helpful and kept busy....For what accommodations go for down there now, this was a good deal...just a note...if you have a room facing the road, it will be very noisy....if you can, book rooms 7 or 8...they are quiet and away from street noise...all in all was a great place to stay! Pool was an awesome touch too!...Stayed from Jan.19/2024 - Feb.9

it was a nice stay at casa pancho playa! we ended up switching the room when we arrived and the owner was super flexible and helpful with anything we needed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Was nice having breakfast included, fruits and coffee came handy. Overall a good stay and is def worth the price we paid!

My stay at the Casa Pancho Playa was a pleasant one. I found the room I stayed in clean and roomy. I enjoyed the morning breakfast and coffee that was included.

Good for one night, not luxury
It was a very basic and simple room. It is quite dated and it was clean. My room faced the road so was noisy but thankfully the road noise did not last too late. My neighbours visited quite loudly outside my room and thankfully they did not stay up too late either. The breakfast was very simple but tasty scrambled eggs with tortillas. The bed was not luxury but decent. Nice hot shower. Definitely a Mexican low cost hotel although was not super low cost the night I was there as there was a big event in town. Jorge was a great communicator and very accommodating regarding my check in time and leaving my bag there for the day while I was out.

Very clean, very basic and nice for the price.
Casa Pancho Playa was a very clean, very basic hotel on the busy, main avenue leading into San Pancho Playa. They offered a good breakfast each morning, alternating with waffles and scrambled eggs each day. AND fabulous coffee. Communal fridge and cooking area was useful and clean with all necessary amenities. Our room was spacious but very basic [closets or clothes hangers would have been nice]. The pool was great during our first 4-5 days of the trip and the vibe was very nice and casual and relaxing around the pool area. Unfortunately the pool's pump or something went and we couldn't swim during our last few days but that was OK because the beach was amazing and only a 10-15 minute walk away. San Pancho was a great adventure.

For $120 per night this place was terrible. The chairs in the courtyard were all broken and dangerous to sit in, the flat sheet was a twin size for a double bed, breakfast was meager, and the host was uncommunicative to us and all the guests. We actually checked in a few guests because the host was uncommunicative. It's a hostel.

The courtyard area is nice. The room (room 3) was right on the street and so so noisy. We planned to stay for 4 nights but left after two.

What I like about this property is that it is pet friendly! I brought my puppy and I had no problems. There are a few issues I had with this property: there was a foul odor (sewage) coming from the restroom, people starting to sing at one in the morning is not a wonderful way of going to sleep, the price was a bit high for the conditions of the property (place needs some tlc) to make it more comfortable.

Pequeño y colorido hotel.
Pequeño Hotel muy a doc con el ambiente de San Pancho, relajado, bonito, rodeado de naturaleza, con amenidades básicas. El único detalle es que los aires acondicionados estaban apagados y durante otoño/invierno hay que solicitar que los conecten.

Todo muy agradable y tranquilo la habitación bastante cómoda pude cocinar muy bien y guardas mis cosas en el refri sin problemas solo q El Ultimo día no nos dieron el desayuno completo éramos 4 personas y a las 10 de la mañana nos dijeron q solo quedaban dos desayunos y eso me saco de onda pero de resto todo muy Bien espero poder regresar pronto

Fue una irresponsabilidad de la persona que nos recibió no informarnos que no había aire acondicionado. Debido a esta falla, fuimos agresivamente picados por los moscos. Las sabanas tenían sangre y en general todo se veía sucio. Una fea experiencia y no se justifica el precio que pagamos por las habitaciones

Nos encantó el alojamiento. Buen aire acondicionado dentro de la habitación. Amplia y cómoda. La alberca es un plus invaluable. El desayuno rico. Buena relación precio calidad. La ubicación excelente. Cerca de playas como Sayulita, Bucerías, lo de marcos, guayabitos. Nos encantó hospedarnos ahí. Seguro volveremos.

El chavo era tan controlador, que mandaba demasiados mensajes por WhatsApp y la verdad era súper molesto. En expedia no aparece que están en construcción, la entrada está un poco peligrosa... porque pusieron unas tablas literal. Además el desayuno literal era un plato de huevo, sin más. La verdad no lo recomiendo
