Furnished detached garden cottage

  • Furnished garden studio cottage, brand new remodel. The cottage is detached on all sides and is not a shared unit. The studio is furnished with a queen size Tempurpedic bed as well as a small bistro table and chairs, loveseat, coffee table and Ikea closet system. The cottage has a small bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with sink, mini fridge, and microwave, but no stove. Washer and Dryer are located in the garage of the main house. Free utilities and wifi. Within 1.5 blocks of 4 Muni lines, The 44, 23, 24 and T-Embarcadero. Located 5 minute drive from Dogpatch neighborhood as well as entrances for the 101 and 280 highways. Also 10 minutes from the Mission, Mission Bay and Soma districts. Non-Smoking unit.
