Wonderful Stay

We had a great time...Scott and Liane were wonderful hosts...The location was great for us as we were attending my sisters wedding at the Presidio. Also only took us 12-15 minutes to drive to the City each time! We would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Fantastic SF apartment!

Wonderful place and excellent location!!! The place was very clean and well appointed, even four our 6 adults and one baby. Loved the neighborhood and all the restaurants nearby. Always felt very safe! We’d definitely return!

Girls weekend in San Francisco

The property was great - it was very comfortable for us 8 girls to stay! The beds were SO nice and they had great amenities (extra toiletries in the bathrooms, wine/cheese/bread in the kitchen and amazing white noise machines in the bedrooms).

Incredible home in a safe part of San Francisco

This home is incredible. It is private and in a safe area of San Francisco, close to Golden gate park and the Presidio. It had a very well stocked kitchen (we actually cooked Thanksgiving dinner there) and the owners were lovely. Communication was simple, the home was very nicely updated and seemed like it was brand new. Our large family was very comfortable there.

New, Modern, Easy, Perfected Located Place in SF!

My family (wife and three teens) traveled to SF and we loved staying in this condo. The location was great, parking was shockingly easy, and we had no issue getting around to the sites we wanted to see and the places we wanted to eat. The property is recently remodeled and is practically brand new as of our visit in June 2023. Very clean, very comfortable, very cozy. Would stay here again without question.

Celebration of life

House is beautiful ! Very well appointed ! A lovely ,safe and quiet neighborhood . We were able to enjoy our daughter and her beautiful family while celebrating the birth of our newest grandson . Great property and location

The house was clean and suited our 4 adult, one teen group well. The house was conveniently located to many tourist sites and even a short day trip to the Sonoma/Napa area. There isn’t any private parking, but we were able to find street parking pretty easily each day. The house is recently remodeled and done very well. I loved that there were actually TVs in the rooms. The owner was communicative and answered any questions we had promptly. Would stay again and would recommend the property.

Great condo in the heart of the Richmond District

Just enjoyed a great weekend in San Francisco! We needed a place close to the Presidio for our family, in town for a wedding. Scot's place did not disappoint! Very clean and freshly remodeled, the space is as good as advertised. Nice details, for instance, the water container on the espresso machine was already filled and ready to go. Scot left a nice welcome gift that really hit the spot after a long day of travel. If we are ever in need of a place in San Fran, we will definitely look this place up again.

Modern and clean suite!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautifully updated suite, and we cannot express enough how impressed we were with our experience. First and foremost, our hosts were incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. They were diligent in replying to messages, graciously let us check-in early, left a great list of local restaurants and attractions. Their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. The suite itself had been beautifully updated and was impeccably clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, boasting high-quality mattresses and luxurious sheets (even on the pullout mattress). The suite offered two full bathrooms, a stocked kitchen, fans, towels, washer/dryer, and a smaller outdoor patio. We didn't rent a car but ample parking available out-front. Downtown was a 15 minute Uber ride and we ran to the Golden Gate Bridge from the unit. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent

This rental was the best rental we have ever had. We are a family of six so it is not easy to find accommodations when we travel, but this one was perfect. This rental felt new, amenities including linens and mattresses were high quality, it was beautiful decorated and impeccably clean! The hosts were prompt at answering our questions prior to arrival, they had a lovely basket of nibbles at arrival, and they even dropped off a basket of fresh berries on market day and checked if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable - we didn't, everything was perfect. Despite being a lower level apartment we had beautiful natural lighting, the space was cozy for us to spend family time after long days of walking, biking or horse back riding. The location was excellent, parking was as easy as described on the website, driving over the bridge to Marin or Oakland was very easy and we were walking distance to many restaurants, the neighborhood is quiet and very safe, and great to explore some gorgeous streets on a morning walk. We used their recommendation guide to local shops and restaurants and our teens even used the nearby YMCA to keep up with their training. This was a last minute vacation for us, and this rental made it very special, it truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely return and would highly recommend to others.

SF Modern Luxury is tops!

Short stay in San Francisco

We selected this property for our short stay in San Francisco. The location was pretty good for us. We had a car and drove to most sights. Home was very clean and wonderfully equipped. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, and anything needed to cook. Owners were very gracious and left us fresh strawberries and a welcome package of goodies. Would highly recommend this home if your looking for a place in the area. We would definitely stay here again.
