Your cleaning staff is amazing rooms were very clean and when we ask for extra towels they didn’t hesitate to get them to us quickly. They were the ones who explain to us how to turn the lights on with the room card made are room temperature just right for are stay. They were quick to pick up are breakfast trays .

It was okay

Beds were comfortable. Looks great at first glance but room was not clean. Mold in shower, stained sheets, hair on counters. Staff were not accommodating when asking for bedding for pull out they would not bring it to the room. Parking is a rip off, lots of parking available should not have to pay $20 a night when it isnt even secured. Good location, very quiet. Breakfast was good.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was clean, staff is friendly, and it's quiet. The only thing I did not like is there is a $22 per night for parking and there is plenty of parking everywhere. Maybe if parking was hard to come by but it is not.

Great hotel!

I was here for 5 days, the room was awesome and the hotel had everything I needed for the first leg of my long trip. I only wish that there was a few more house cleaning services during my stay, I believe I only had one. The night before check out I had to go to the front desk to ask for more coffee and toilet paper.

Julia was really great from the time I booked to when I checked out. She was really nice throughout my stay. When I had 1 minor issue, she assisted me promptly. This hotel is a great if you’re checking out the local Zoo or any leisure type activities.
