"The property is walking distance from the ‘busy area’. Felt safe and relatively clean. Room has good AC, pool was nice and provided towels. Check in was easy and host was easy to contact/friendly. Basic room amenities such as some mugs, a fridge. Can access drinking water (hot and cold) which was great. Hot water from shower was average but sufficient. Room had TV and Netflix. Thank you"

"I loved our room and staying in San Francisco. It was close to the center of town and the beach. I could hear the ocean waves in the evening from our room, a very relaxing stay. "First off this was a great place but it is not for everyone!!. The staff did not speak English and if you don’t even know a little Spanish it’s going to be hard to navigate. They had music blaring till 1 am on one night but we knew this so we brought earplugs and we were fine. The ocean view was great and the place was amazing if you know what you are getting into so you are prepared. Watch 3 or 4 YouTube videos so you know what to expect. I plan on bringing going our kids back as we celebrated our 25th anniversary there and we want to come again. The food was better than expected and the drinks and bartenders worked hard to keep the lines down. There were not many white people there which is fine for us but some might be intimidated. My biggest advice is do your homework. I know my parents and some siblings would have not like it very much but we have traveled and come prepared. My wife has a hard time walking long distances but everything was close enough she had a great time. Bring Pesos not dollars. They give a horrible exchange rate. A Big Thank You Hotel Riu Vallarta."
