"Great location, very friendly staff, clean & quite, we felt safe inside the hotel. Thank you! I just wish it had a bar & grill so we didn't have to go out for a drink & appetizer after dark."

"Amazing property, clean, our room wasn’t ready and we got upgraded to the new renovated part. Everything seemed perfect in brand spanking new from the carpet to the floor to the bathroom tile spectacular and they gave us a bottle of wine and we love the restaurant attached to it called the Brick and Beam."

"They put us in a room for people with disabilities. To even to open the door, I had to kneel down to key in the codes on the pin pad. Only after insisting several times they moved us to a regular room which was decent. We appreciate the coffee machine in the lobby but it was not working quite often. There were many homeless people and people who were on drugs in the area and we didn’t feel safe getting out before 8am or after 8pm. The streets in the area were very dirty and you have to watch out for faeces when you walk. The staff were nice and were doing their best to keep the hotel clean."

"The hotel is in an excellent location and is a very good value for the money. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is standard fare but tasty and in abundance. I had some issues with hot water and water pressure when I showered in the middle of the day, but that's really the only negative I had in my week long stay. I will stay there again, next time I visit San Francisco. A++++!"
