"We had 3 rooms, 2 out of the 3 had warped doors, with a good sized gap between the door and the door jam, letting the hallway light and noise in. Also felt like someone could easily kick the door in because of the gap."

"The staff were great every single one of them! However the property is very old, squeaky floors, low dimmed lighting. The AC (thermostat) is extremely old and not the most efficient. The shower pressure was very weak. Room was clean and comfortable however, not much views even from the 7th floor. ..."

"We really enjoyed the skybar on the 46th floor. It has a spectacular view of the City of San Francisco on a 360- degree angle ! The room is also bigger compared to other I’ve stayed in SF. The breakfast buffet is great !"
