"We strongly echo all the glowing reviews for this beautiful property!! 10 The listings and photos are just the surface and don’t really do this amazing place justice. Between the beautiful grounds, welcoming pool, relaxing spa and lovingly appointed and well-kept villa, this was one of our favorite VRBO stays ever. Valerio and Daniela were kind hosts, very helpful, communicative, and made staying here heaven. Clearly, they have created this place with love and care deeply about keeping it in fantastic shape for their guests. It was a spectacular spot for a base camp to explore Tuscany. Views are amazing and we fell in love with the charming village of Cetona, which was fun and welcoming and so close we could have walked. Molto fantastic!"

The location was easy to walk around in, though we are in shape and younger. I was concerned at the quality we might get because the price was so low, but wow. "What a great hotel at a perfect location!! It’s close to Duomo, very easy to get from Orvieto train station by funicular and bus A to Duomo.
I got a room at a separate building from the main building, so it was very quiet and the room is so spacious, clean and comfortable.
There are so many shops, restaurants, cafes, gelateria around the hotel. Highly recommend it!!"
